How to transport red wine vinegar in a suitcase?

Q. I am leaving for vacation in Florida in 2 days. I was planning on cooking a meal once in our condo without buying a bunch of ingredients that we won't be able to use up in a week. I found a recipe that is simple and calls for red wine vinegar which I want to take with me so I don't have to buy a whole bottle.

Is it possible to transport it in a suitcase without breaking or leaking?

Something fun like rock climbing, joining a shooting range club. Something that we can both do every week that is fun.

Q. I'm a beginner in woodworking, so I'm looking more for something simple, but I am also a quick learner, so if it's a more difficult item that you want to tell me about, that is fine also.

I'm not talking about building decks, buildings or houses by the way. Just stuff you can build in your garage. Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated!
