A. Replace, as in throw them out and get new ones? Unless you're running a luxury hotel, just use them until they get tears or holes. How long they last depend on how often they're used, how they're used, etc. Then cut them up to use as rags.

Hotel: Usually, you need $100 per night if you want to stay at a hotel.
If you want to save money, you need to stay at a hostel which will cost $30-50 per night.
If you want to stay at a luxury hotel, you need $200-300 or more.

Food, transportation and others: You need $50-100 or so per day. If you want to enjoy shopping, you need more.

So you need $100 for hotel and $75 for others per day. If you want to stay in Japan for 4 weeks, the total cost will be $4900 and airfare.

A. Because they are not Lady Gaga or Justin Bieber. They did not get stopped for drunk driving by the Beverly Hills Police and they did not trash their luxury hotel room with a porn star turned hooker. They are not missing white girls and they are not in drug rehab. There are lots of other reasons most if which have to do with who they are not.
